Mark Weber, MD is Medical Director of St. Patrick Rehabilitation Center. He came to Missoula from Baltimore, where he was attending physician at Sinai Hospital's inpatient rehabilitation program for eight years. Dr. Weber finished medical school at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, with an internal medicine internship at Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore. He completed his Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation residency at John Hopkins Hospital - Sinai Hospital of Baltimore.

Kay Biediger, PT

Kay Biediger, PT, MS is the Program Director. She has served 23 years at St. Patrick Hospital in various roles including Supervisor of physical therapy and Director of Rehabilitation Services including Wound Care, Diabetes Care Services, Cardiac Rehabilitation and the Wellness Center. Kay taught in the physical therapy program at the University of Montana for 6 years. She received her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy at Texas Woman's University in Houston, Texas.

Liz Simitz, RN is the Interim Clinical Nurse Manager. She has 17 years of nursing experience most recently providing care to medical-surgical patients. Liz has been employed by the Veterans Healthcare System in Pennsylvania as well as a VA outpatient clinic. She comes to this position with extensive physician practice management as well as being a Certified Nurse Aid Instructor through Penn State. She graduated from Union County Community College in Cranford, NJ and Western Wyoming Community College. She is currently enrolled in the Great Falls/Great Nurses Cohort BSN Program through Providence St. Patrick.

Judy Gustafson holds the position of Nurse Practitioner for St. Patrick Rehabilitation Center. She completed a Masters of Nursing at Gonzaga University and is a graduate of the Montana State University Nursing Program. Her past experience includes long-term care, home health, hospice, oncology/renal nursing, pain and palliative care as well as nursing education.

Jan Riva, MA, is an Assessment Coordinator for St. Patrick Rehabilitation Center. She has 21 years of experience with St. Patrick Hospital where she began working with the hospital's weight loss program. She most recent served as a medical social worker on the Orthopedic Unit. Jan graduated from the University of Montana with a Masters degree in Guidance and Counseling.

Marilyn Washburn has worked for St. Patrick Hospital and Health Sciences Center for more than 17 years and was promoted to the St. Patrick Rehabilitation Center Social Services Department in 2005. She holds a B.A. in Social Relations and a Masters in Health Care Administration. Prior to working for St. Patrick Hospital Marilyn worked as a adult and juvenile probation officer, a social worker with Child Protective Services, Parents Anonymous Program Coordinator and as a case manager for developmentally disabled individuals.

Kay Woodworth is the Community Education / Marketing Coordinator for St. Patrick Rehabilitation Center. Kay is a long time resident of Missoula. She has a B.S. in Microbiology, a clinical background in laboratory and diagnostic services and received an MBA from the University of Montana in 1994. She brings more than 15 years of experience of healthcare education, marketing and sales as Community Education /Marketing Coordinator.
