Mark Weber, MD is Medical Director of St. Patrick Rehabilitation Center. He came to Missoula from Baltimore, where he was attending physician at Sinai Hospital's inpatient rehabilitation program for eight years. Dr. Weber finished medical school at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, with an internal medicine internship at Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore. He completed his Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation residency at John Hopkins Hospital - Sinai Hospital of Baltimore. |

Pamela Meck is the Clinical Nurse Manager of St. Patrick Rehabilitation Center. Pam comes to the rehab program with 34 years of nursing experience; most recently with 11 years of clinical research experience with Montana Neuroscience Institute. She acquired a neuro rehab background from Deaconess Medical Center in Spokane, Washington. |

Judy Gustafson holds the position of Nurse Practitioner for St. Patrick Rehabilitation Center. She finished a Masters of Nursing at Gonzaga University and is a graduate of the Montana State University Nursing Program. Her past experience includes long-term care, home health, hospice, oncology/renal nursing, pain and palliative care as well as nursing education. |

Jana Knor, Program Director of St. Patrick Rehabilitation Center, was recruited from Hot Springs, Arkansas and assumed the position of program director in December 2005. Jana comes to St. Patrick Rehabilitation Center with more than 20 years of extensive experience managing rehabilitation programs. Before managing rehabilitation contracts, she was a practicing occupational therapist as well as recreational therapists. |

Mindi Hogan is Admission and Case Mix Group Coordinator for St. Patrick Rehabilitation Center and is a Certified Case Manager. She is a 2004 graduate of the University of Montana, where she received a B.A. in Social Work. Prior to her position with the Rehabilitation Center, Mindi served as a social worker/discharge planner for St. Patrick Hospital Cardiac Services for five years. |

Marilyn Washburn has worked for St. Patrick Hospital and Health Sciences Center for more than 17 years was promoted to the St. Patrick Rehabilitation Center Social Services Department in 2005. She holds a B.A. in Social Relations and a Masters in Health Care Administration. Marilyn brings a wealth of experience to St. Patrick, working as an adult and juvenile probation officer, a social worker with Child Protective Services, Parents Anonymous Program Coordinator and as a case manager for developmentally disabled individuals prior to working for St. Patrick Hospital and Health Sciences Center. |

Kay Woodworth is Community Education Manager for St. Patrick Rehabilitation Center. Kay is a long time resident of Missoula. She has a B.S. in Microbiology, a clinical background in laboratory and diagnostic services and received an MBA from the University of Montana in 1994. She brings more than 15 years of experience of healthcare education, marketing and sales as Community Education Manager. |
