To be eligible for admission into the Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation program, the patient must:
- be at least 14 years old
- have the potential to improve abilities such as mobility and self-care
- be medically stable
- require at least two therapies and be able to participate in at least three hours of therapy per day
- be motivated to participate
- have the ability to follow directions
- have identified a plan for discharge from the program
- require medical intervention including 24-hour rehabilitation nursing care
