Acute Inpatient Rehab

At St. Pat’s, our rehabilitation program is aimed at helping patients achieve remarkable recoveries from physical and mental changes as a result of an accident, injury or illness. St. Patrick Rehabilitation Center is an acute inpatient facility that combines the superior clinical expertise of physical, speech and occupational therapies along with social services to increase strength and return patients to their homes and families.

In July 2008, St. Patrick Rehabilitation Center was distinguished by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitations Facilities (CARF) and awarded CARF International Accreditation for its Inpatient Rehabilitation Services and Stroke Specialty Programs. Dedicated to promoting the quality, value, and optimal outcomes of services, CARF is the world leader in accreditation processes for rehabilitation services.

The American Heart Association and American Stroke Association recognizes St. Patrick Hospital and Health Sciences Center for achieving at least two years of 85 percent or higher adherence to all Get With The Guidelines SM program quality indicators to improve quality of patient care and outcomes.

When a patient comes to us, we evaluate what level of care they need. Next, we bring the patient and family together with their rehab team to set short-term and long-term goals.
